This research deals with dialogic submission as one of the most important deliberative topics in the process of linguistic communication between the two sides of the discourse, and therefore we find in this research its concept among the ancient Arabs of grammarians, rhetoric and fundamentalists, and we started with Western linguists as a result of their knowledge of the philosophy of language, and this research was satisfied with the principle of cooperation that came By Grace as the founder of this modern deliberative topic with an attempt to monitor this principle in the prophetic stories and the susceptibility of the stories to this kind of implicit communication, as the prophetic stories included multiple deliberative dimensions of the diversity of dialogues in them that included explicit meanings and other touches Obligatory.

This Research aims for harnessing critical and innovative thinking approaches besides innovative problem solving tools in pursuing continual quality improvement initiatives for the benefit of achieving operations results effectively in water treatment plants in Baghdad Water Authority. The results shows existence of metals such as copper, iron, Cadmium, lead and zinc in most of examined samples , the highest concentration are up to (2.26, 40.82, 282.5, 31.02, 19.26, 4.34) Part per million) ppm) in pasta hot (Zer brand), Indomie with chicken, granule (Zer brand), brand (Zer brand), and rice (mahmood brand) respectively, with presence nickel in spaghetti( Zer brand), granule, Zer brand with concentration reached to 4.34 ppm and 1.06 ppm respectively.
