It narrated (378) recently, and it is considered the second narrator after the mother of the believers Aisha, may God be pleased with him Ha. The topics of her narrations, such as Aisha, may God be pleased with her, varied between rulings, interpretation, manners, supplications, and temptation ... even though most of them are in rulings with their various chapters and are overcome by practicality. The novel and the fatwa came to the fore after the death of Aisha, may God be pleased with her. And due to the importance of the narratives of the mother of the believers, the mother of Salamah, may God be pleased with her, I chose to contribute with a modest effort in explaining her jurisprudential narratives through the book (Reaching the Maram from the Evidence of Rulings) by Ibn Hajar Al-Asqalani (d. 852 AH) in the Book of Prayer.

This study aims to identify the most important legislatures and legal frameworks pertaining to advertisement for children. It focuses on the western approach, which is characterized by the variety of its perspectives in presenting issues and in identifying problems. However, if studies show that there is a certain awareness about the advertisement impact on children, it is obvious that most of legislatures reject the laws restricting the broadcast advertising spots intended for children under 12 years of age, with the exception of the Swedish and the Canadian province of Quebec experiences, which opted for total ban on advertising spots broadcast messages targeting children. |

... Show MoreIn this research, we have measured specific activity concentrations in five samples for raw materials used in ceramic industry in AL-Ramadi ceramic factory by using (HPGe) detector. The results have shown that, the average specific activity, for 238U, 232Th and 40K are equal to (18.300±6.4 Bq/kg), (17.988±6.1 Bq/kg), (167.952±63.5 Bq/kg), respectively. In order to assess the radiological hazards of the radioactivity in samples, radium equivalent activity, absorbed gamma dose rate, indoor and outdoor annual effective dose rates, gamma Index and both (external and internal) hazard effects have been calculated. All results were found to be less than the allowed global limit given by (UNSCEAR, 2000).
