ولد ابو بكر محمد بن زكريا الرازي في الري سنة 250هـ (864م) وتعمق في الطب والكيمياء والفلك والأدب والفلسفة وهو أحد مشاهير الاطباء في زمانه وهذا هو السبب الذي دعاه لأن يتنقل من بلاط الى اَخر , ولم ينعم بالأستقرار في حياته بالنظر الى تقلب الأهواء والاُمراء وأضطراب الأحوال السياسية . قام برحلات كثيرة , وعهدت اليه ادارة بيمارستان ( مصح ومشفى ) الري ثم قام  بهذه المهمة نفسها في بغداد.

Researches in the field of evaluation of industrial products emotionally are internationally new and non-existing in the Arabic speaking countries, which is considered the crux of the problem in the current research, in addition to the need of the designers and design students to know how to measure the emotional responses for the industrial product in order to get benefit from them in their designs. A thin film of SnSe were deposited by thermal evaporation technique on 400 ±20 nm thick glass substrates of these films were annealed at different temperatures (100,150,200 ⁰C), The effect of annealing on the characteristics of the nano crystalline SnSe thin films was investigated using XRD, UV-VIS absorption spectroscopy, Atomic Force Microscope (AFM), and Hall effect measurements. The results of X-ray displayed that all the thin films have polycrystalline and orthorhombic structure in nature, while UV-VIS study showed that the SnSe has direct band gap of nano crystalline and it is changed from 60.12 to 94.70 nm with increasing annealing temperature.
