A field experiment was carried out during winter season of 2019-2020 at Al-Mhanawyah Research Station - Agriculture Research Directorate - Babylon Governorate / Iraqi, to study the gene expression of Sgr gene responsible for controlling the duration of staying green in varieties of wheat under effect of plant growth regulator during the two growth stages (vegetative and reproductive) by using quantitative reverse transcription-PCR (RT-qPCR) technique and achieving the highest grain yield for a number of wheat varieties. The prediction of the blood flow through an axisymmetric arterial stenosis is one of the most important aspects to be considered during the Atherosclrosis. Since the blood is specified as a non-Newtonian flow, therefore the effect of fluid types and effect of rheological properties of non-Newtonian fluid on the degree of stenosis have been studied. The motion equations are written in vorticity-stream function formulation and solved numerically. A comparison is made between a Newtonian and non-Newtonian fluid for blood flow at different velocities, viscosity and Reynolds number were solved also. Coliform densities T.S and F.C and TS and F.S and total bacterial count as bacteriological pollution indicators, as moste probable number (MPN) method was studied in test. Also some of the chemical characteristics of the water like pH , total suspended solid T.S.S, T.D.D.and S04 , T.Hardness , Ca++ , Mg++ . From the results it were indicated . The study showed the drinking water of outlet (distriputed in system) was agree with WHO criteria and Iraqi limits standards .

Abstract:
Objective: To know the effect of televised media violence on the relationship of Children's primary school with mates and identify association between the demographic characteristics and socioeconomic status for primary school children and their relation with exposure to televised violence media.
Methodology: simple probability sample of 221 children were selected from 1425 children are learning in schools in Al-Nasiriyah City.
Results: Results of the current study showed that (53.8%) of children exposed to Televised media violence be relationship with their mates weak, (46.2%) of them have their relationship with their mates good, as well as the study showed that the presence significant correlation with males genders
