It is no secret to anyone that the Koran is a speech to people, and how it is not a speech to humans is a home to them and suitable for their understandings, and the people of rhetoric mean great care has never been before in the division of the Koranic discourse, followed by linguists and science of the Koran. After reading the letter, I followed it in the Holy Quran, taking advantage of what was written by former writers in language and interpretation. Thanks to God, I have done what I wanted. Perhaps one of the most important reasons that led me to write my research and optional for this topic; is related to the Koran. So I started to develop the research plan, and divided it as I saw it, I started to pave the way, and then divided it on the demands: The first made it to denote the discourse on the public and private. In the second examined the significance of the speech on the number, and devoted the third demand to the significance of the speech on the carrot and intimidation. The fourth demand examined the significance of the speech on moral purposes such as praise, vilification, humiliation and taunt. In the fifth demand addressed the significance of the speech on sex, gender and eye, and in the sixth demand examined the significance of the speech on coloring and Altatv. It concluded with the most important findings and recommendations

The aim of the current research is to identify the level of administrative applications of expert systems in educational leadership departments in light of the systems approach. Abstract The League of Arab States took many procedures against the Syrian political system, like suspended Syria's membership in the League of Arab States and sent a team of Arab observers headed by Dabi to discuss the situation there and issued some decisions and statements that called the Syrian regime to stop the use of violence and repression against the Syrian opposition.Through these steps, the Arab League has tried to help the Syrian parties to resolve the crisis.
