This research –paper tack les some of matters relating to marriageability of the young man who has not attained discretion. the aim of this study is to highlight the religious precepts concerned. the religious missive to this effect reads; ''all praise be to Allah ,lord of the world ;I witness that there is no god but Allah, the sole and only, to him all creation is attributed. This explanation and investigation is conducted on the basis of the doctrine of imam Ahmed ibn hanbal (may Allah have mercy on him). The introductory part sheds light on the importance of this topic, and as for the analytic and investigative approach, it deals with the precepts of the young man of consent as far as marriage is concerned. it also reveals some aspects of biography of the author abdelrrahman ibn Abdullah al-najdi. moreover, it sheds light on the life of the copyist mohammed al –laithi ibn yusuf ibn hasan –the manuscript has been explored and verified and this is not an easy task .all that has been done is corroborated and attested with verses from the holy qur'an and the sacred precepteds and teachings by the prophet. Interleukins (IL-2 and IL-4) are increased in asthmatics and were reported to induce resistance to steroid therapy in some patients who fail to get benefit from glucocorticoids when used in full dose and for long period of time. The mass collision energy loss (dE/dX), the mass radiative energy loss (Srad/) and the total mass stopping power of electrons in the energy range of 0.01 MeV up to 1000 MeV has been calculated for Lung, Urea and Skin. The results of the present work for the mass collision stopping power of electrons in Lung, Urea and Skin are in excellent agreement with the standard results given by ESTAR program, where the maximum percentage error between the present calculated values and that of ESTAR program in Lung tissue, Urea and Skin tissue is 0.27%, 0.3% and 0.8% respectively.
