Sharif Mohieddin Haider worked on composing of musical compositions for the Oud different from the traditional forms known as (Peşrev, Sama'i, Longa… etc.), but they are not clear in building their musical form. This study tackles this issue by revealing the structure of the building of the musical form of these Musical compositions.

A special type of contracts emerged in the beginning of the last century called the “unilateral contracts”. The side sparked a major jurisprudential dispute, as well as the issuance of several contradictory judicial rulings on it. Hence, this research came to highlight this special type of contract. The paper deals with claims in construction projects in Iraq and studies their types, causes, impacts, resolution methods and then proposes a management system to control the impacts of claims. Two parts have been done to achieve the research objective (theoretical part and practical part).
