This research –paper tack les some of matters relating to marriageability of the young man who has not attained discretion. the aim of this study is to highlight the religious precepts concerned. the religious missive to this effect reads; ''all praise be to Allah ,lord of the world ;I witness that there is no god but Allah, the sole and only, to him all creation is attributed. This explanation and investigation is conducted on the basis of the doctrine of imam Ahmed ibn hanbal (may Allah have mercy on him). The introductory part sheds light on the importance of this topic, and as for the analytic and investigative approach, it deals with the precepts of the young man of consent as far as marriage is concerned. it also reveals some aspects of biography of the author abdelrrahman ibn Abdullah al-najdi. moreover, it sheds light on the life of the copyist mohammed al –laithi ibn yusuf ibn hasan –the manuscript has been explored and verified and this is not an easy task .all that has been done is corroborated and attested with verses from the holy qur'an and the sacred precepteds and teachings by the prophet. Preparation of identical independent photons is the core of many quantum applications such as entanglement swapping and entangling process. In this work, Hong-Ou-Mandel experiment was performed to evaluate the degree of indistinguishability between independent photons generated from two independent weak coherent sources working at 640 nm. The visibility was 46%, close to the theoretical limit of 50%. The implemented setup can be adopted in quantum key distribution experiments carried out with free space as the channel link, as all the devices and components used are operative in the visible range of the electromagnetic spectrum.
