This research –paper tack les some of matters relating to marriageability of the young man who has not attained discretion. the aim of this study is to highlight the religious precepts concerned. the religious missive to this effect reads; ''all praise be to Allah ,lord of the world ;I witness that there is no god but Allah, the sole and only, to him all creation is attributed. "this missive is a reply and explanation to all the religious teachings pursuant to the young man who is still below the age of discretion. This explanation and investigation is conducted on the basis of the doctrine of imam Ahmed ibn hanbal (may Allah have mercy on him). The introductory part sheds light on the importance of this topic, and as for the analytic and investigative approach, it deals with the precepts of the young man of consent as far as marriage is concerned. it also reveals some aspects of biography of the author abdelrrahman ibn Abdullah al-najdi. moreover, it sheds light on the life of the copyist mohammed al –laithi ibn yusuf ibn hasan –the manuscript has been explored and verified and this is not an easy task .all that has been done is corroborated and attested with verses from the holy qur'an and the sacred precepteds and teachings by the prophet. The sensor performance with tuned NCF diameter was investigated to maximize the evanescent fields. Different tuned diameters of of (100, 80, and 60)μm were obtained by chemical etching process based on hydrofluoric acid immersion. The highest wavelength sensitivity was obtained 184.57 pm/RH% in the RH range of 30% –100% when the no-core fiber diameter diameter was 60 μm and the sensor response was in real-time measurements
