Many complex issues of thought, behavior, and ethics have resulted in the belief of many communities in the existence of the Almighty, having ruled their minds, depicting their beliefs and distancing their thoughts about slippage and abuse. When they looked at the wonders of creatures and the minutes of the assets, they thought about the planetary and astronomical motion systems. His existence was denied by atheists, the shadowy strayers who denied mental perceptions, believed in sensory issues, and believed that the mind was unreliable, and that the sense could not reach it.These atheists were always very few, small groups, so this research consisted of the following questions:
First: awaken the human view and move it to prove the reality of existence.
Second: directing minds to think about the creator of assets.
Third: the use of the arts of rhetoric and statement in inference.
Fourth: Guide to care and invention.
Fifth: Proof of mental evidence to prove its existence.

Methodology: A quasi-experimental study design was conducted during the period of (4th July 2018 through 24th October 2018) on non-probability of (60) women (30) of them were a control group and (30) were the study group whom admitted to Al-Elwyia Maternity Teaching Hospital suffering from labor pain. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of hydrated lime addition methods as filler replacement on fatigue performance of Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA). Three types of addition methods of hydrated lime were introduced namely dry HL on dry aggregate and saturated surface aggregate above 3% and slurry HL on dry aggregate, ordinary Lime stone powder was reduced by three HL percentage (1.0, 2.0 and 3.0 %).
