The study of the concept of the location of control and the level of ambition of important topics and represent a large area in the educational and psychological sciences, which gives importance to this study at the present time, is the complex and difficult conditions experienced by the Kurdish man, all age groups or social segments, and because of the changes It increases the rate of stress and hardship, which in turn raises the rate of psychological and physical disorder to prevent a healthy individual's compatibility, which has a fundamental impact on their personality, leading to a defect in some important organs of the personality.
The research aimed to identify the location of control among students of the University of Sulaymaniyah. And to identify the level of ambition (academic and professional) among students of the University of Sulaymaniyah. And identify the location of control among students of the University of Sulaimaniyah according to the change: sex, grade, specialization, and place of residence. And to identify the level of ambition among the students of the University of Sulaimaniyah according to the change: sex, specialization, stage of the study, and place of residence, and know the relationship between the location of control and the level of ambition among students of the University of Sulaimaniya.
A total of (211) male and female students were selected in a random stratified manner. The sample consisted of (98) students and (113) students, distributed in four faculties: (Faculty of Nursing, Faculty of Basic Education, Faculty of Scientific Education, and Faculty of Humanities). The University of Sulaymaniyah in the morning working for the academic year (2015 - 2016). The researcher used the test site control prepared by Nawsky and translated to the Arab environment by (Mohammed Shehata Rabie, 2009), and the test consists of (32) phrases, and this measure had indicators of honesty apparent, and also had a method of retesting the amount of (71 %)Degree . Objective: To assess the role of tumour necrosis factor alpha level and genotyping in susceptibility to leishmaniasis.Method: The case-control study was conducted from March to July 2021 at Baqubah Teaching Hospital, Diyala, Iraq,and comprised patients of cutaneous leishmaniasis in group A and healthy controls in group B. The serum level andsingle nucleotide polymorphisms of tumour necrosis factor-alpha rs41297589 and rs1800629 were compared betweenthe groups. Data was analysed using SPSS 28.Results: Of the 150 subjects, there were 75(50%) in group A; 39(52%) males and 36(48%) females with mean age23.91±13.14 years. This work aims to introduce the concepts of left and right derivations in an AT-algebra and discuss some interesting theorems of these concepts. Also, a fuzzy derivation of an AT-subalgebra, a fuzzy right (left) derivation ideal, a fuzzy derivation of AT-subalgebra, and a fuzzy right (left) derivation ideal are studied. Toxoplasma gondii is a unique intracellular parasite, which infect a large proportion of the world population, but uncommonly causes clinically significant disease. The present study was performed to estimate the prevalence of toxoplasmosis in 400 apparently healthy blood donor males, their ages were between 18 and 57 years using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay, and to examine the effects of infection on total testosterone, free testosterone and follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) levels in their sera.
