The study of the concept of the location of control and the level of ambition of important topics and represent a large area in the educational and psychological sciences, which gives importance to this study at the present time, is the complex and difficult conditions experienced by the Kurdish man, all age groups or social segments, and because of the changes It increases the rate of stress and hardship, which in turn raises the rate of psychological and physical disorder to prevent a healthy individual's compatibility, which has a fundamental impact on their personality, leading to a defect in some important organs of the personality.
The research aimed to identify the location of control among students of the University of Sulaymaniyah. And to identify the level of ambition (academic and professional) among students of the University of Sulaymaniyah. And identify the location of control among students of the University of Sulaimaniyah according to the change: sex, grade, specialization, and place of residence. And to identify the level of ambition among the students of the University of Sulaimaniyah according to the change: sex, specialization, stage of the study, and place of residence, and know the relationship between the location of control and the level of ambition among students of the University of Sulaimaniya.
A total of (211) male and female students were selected in a random stratified manner. The sample consisted of (98) students and (113) students, distributed in four faculties: (Faculty of Nursing, Faculty of Basic Education, Faculty of Scientific Education, and Faculty of Humanities). The University of Sulaymaniyah in the morning working for the academic year (2015 - 2016). The researcher used the test site control prepared by Nawsky and translated to the Arab environment by (Mohammed Shehata Rabie, 2009), and the test consists of (32) phrases, and this measure had indicators of honesty apparent, and also had a method of retesting the amount of (71 %)Degree . Summary: The study focused on the role of the educational counselor in schools, as an integral part of the educational system that faces multiple challenges and difficulties. In this context, the counselor’s role becomes crucial in attempting to reduce or eliminate such difficulties, in addition to guiding students in an appropriate manner. experiment data which results for Iraqi petroleum and natural asphalt. The equations
have been developed for estimating the chemical composition and physical properties

Two grades of paving asphalt with penetration of 46 and 65 are studied for determining changes in their physical and chemical properties caused by ageing.
The ageing process has been conducted on two petroleum paving asphalt cement using thin film oven test at 150, 163 and 175 C, and ageing time 5, 10,15, 20, 25 and 30 hours. The effect of ageing time and temperature on penetration, kinematic viscosity, softening point, solubility in trichloroethylene, heat loss and changes in chemical composition are investigated. The results of thin film oven test process indicte that the asphaltenes concentration of all aged asphalt increases with increasing ageing time, while the opposite was observed for polar-aromatic and naphthene-aromatic. The
