The study of the concept of the location of control and the level of ambition of important topics and represent a large area in the educational and psychological sciences, which gives importance to this study at the present time, is the complex and difficult conditions experienced by the Kurdish man, all age groups or social segments, and because of the changes It increases the rate of stress and hardship, which in turn raises the rate of psychological and physical disorder to prevent a healthy individual's compatibility, which has a fundamental impact on their personality, leading to a defect in some important organs of the personality.
The research aimed to identify the location of control among students of the University of Sulaymaniyah. And to identify the level of ambition (academic and professional) among students of the University of Sulaymaniyah. And identify the location of control among students of the University of Sulaimaniyah according to the change: sex, grade, specialization, and place of residence. And to identify the level of ambition among the students of the University of Sulaimaniyah according to the change: sex, specialization, stage of the study, and place of residence, and know the relationship between the location of control and the level of ambition among students of the University of Sulaimaniya.
A total of (211) male and female students were selected in a random stratified manner. The sample consisted of (98) students and (113) students, distributed in four faculties: (Faculty of Nursing, Faculty of Basic Education, Faculty of Scientific Education, and Faculty of Humanities). The University of Sulaymaniyah in the morning working for the academic year (2015 - 2016). The researcher used the test site control prepared by Nawsky and translated to the Arab environment by (Mohammed Shehata Rabie, 2009), and the test consists of (32) phrases, and this measure had indicators of honesty apparent, and also had a method of retesting the amount of (71 %)Degree . performed in Ibn Al-Atheer center for congenital anemia for the period from 15/12/2006 to 1/4/2007.

Tetragonal compound CuAl0.4Ti0.6Se2 semiconductor has been prepared by
melting the elementary elements of high purity in evacuated quartz tube under low
pressure 10-2 mbar and temperature 1100 oC about 24 hr. Single crystal has been
growth from this compound using slowly cooled average between (1-2) C/hr , also
thin films have been prepared using thermal evaporation technique and vacuum 10-6
mbar at room temperature .The structural properties have been studied for the powder
of compound of CuAl0.4Ti0.6Se2u using X-ray diffraction (XRD) . The structure of the
compound showed chalcopyrite structure with unite cell of right tetragonal and

Moreover, the effect on fertility hormones (follicles stimulation hormone/FSH, lutenising hormone/LH) was also measured. The effect of the extracted samples were measured by employing cytogenetic analysis which included (the mitotic index (MI), chromosomal aberrations (CAs) and micronucleus (MN)) parameters. A field experiment was conducted at the experimental field of botanical garden, faculty of science, university of Baghdad, in order to study the effect of plant density on growth and yield of two local cultivars of sunflower (Sin Althieb and Shumose). The densities used were 4.4 and 8.8 plant/m2. The results showed difference between cultivars in their agronomic traits and their yields.
