The study of the concept of the location of control and the level of ambition of important topics and represent a large area in the educational and psychological sciences, which gives importance to this study at the present time, is the complex and difficult conditions experienced by the Kurdish man, all age groups or social segments, and because of the changes It increases the rate of stress and hardship, which in turn raises the rate of psychological and physical disorder to prevent a healthy individual's compatibility, which has a fundamental impact on their personality, leading to a defect in some important organs of the personality.
The research aimed to identify the location of control among students of the University of Sulaymaniyah. And to identify the level of ambition (academic and professional) among students of the University of Sulaymaniyah. And identify the location of control among students of the University of Sulaimaniyah according to the change: sex, grade, specialization, and place of residence. And to identify the level of ambition among the students of the University of Sulaimaniyah according to the change: sex, specialization, stage of the study, and place of residence, and know the relationship between the location of control and the level of ambition among students of the University of Sulaimaniya.
A total of (211) male and female students were selected in a random stratified manner. The sample consisted of (98) students and (113) students, distributed in four faculties: (Faculty of Nursing, Faculty of Basic Education, Faculty of Scientific Education, and Faculty of Humanities). The University of Sulaymaniyah in the morning working for the academic year (2015 - 2016). The researcher used the test site control prepared by Nawsky and translated to the Arab environment by (Mohammed Shehata Rabie, 2009), and the test consists of (32) phrases, and this measure had indicators of honesty apparent, and also had a method of retesting the amount of (71 %)Degree . The problem of Bi-level programming is to reduce or maximize the function of the target by having another target function within the constraints. This problem has received a great deal of attention in the programming community due to the proliferation of applications and the use of evolutionary algorithms in addressing this kind of problem. Two non-linear bi-level programming methods are used in this paper. The goal is to achieve the optimal solution through the simulation method using the Monte Carlo method using different small and large sample sizes. The research reached the Branch Bound algorithm was preferred in solving the problem of non-linear two-level programming this is because the results were better.
The research aims to know (the effect of the pdeode strategy) in acquiring historical concepts among the fourth-grade literary female students in the history module. To achieve the goal of this research, the following null hypothesis was formulated. The study focuses on identifying the reality of administrative creativity of secondary schools' managers in Al-zarqaa province. The descriptive approach was adopted to conduct this study. To achieve the study objective, the author designed a questionnaire composed of (24) items included (4) domains applied on (80) male and female school managers were selected randomly. The results showed that the administrative creativity level of secondary school's managers over all domains were too high which ranked as school management domain followed by public community domain then teacher domain and finally, school environment domain. Additionally, each of male, private sector, and experience over 10 years revealed significant differences.
