This research deals with the most important grammatical views of the science of the media of the Arab and Andalusian grammar is: Abu Ali al-Shloubini, who filled his name the pages of important grammatical books such as: (singer Al-Labib) Ibn Ibn Hisham, and the book (like and analogues), and (Hama Alhwama) for Suyuti, and other books The task, I have divided my research into the topics: I talked in the first section on his life and his biography and his works, and the second topic: it included his independent opinions and the third section contained the most prominent views selected The fourth and final topic, was his responses to grammarians, and concluded my research with the most prominent findings Research to them, which was the most important: that the Shalobin standing knowledge It was clear from his serious participation in many grammatical issues.
The university press is an essential pillar in building an academic community to achieve its objectives in the service of society. Since the university press is a means of university media, which is issued by the departments or units of media in Iraqi universities as academic governmental-institutions, so it highlights the activities of the university and link them to its internal society in the first place as the university press is a mirror of the university and its voice is sincerely expressed. In this research, the influence of the fermentation treatments and baking in Iraqi’s flour type (Ibaa 99, Al-rashed, Tamus, Abu-grabe) and Turkish flour type (Muaamel) on phytic acid was investigated. In whole wheat flour, the phytic acid was (1500, 1290, 1450, 1230, 1440 ( mg/ 100 g flour respectively, and the inorganic phosphorous was (29.18, 25.15, 23.89, 20.85, 22.83) mg/100 g flour respectively. The dough prepared from flour with a higher phytic acid content also contained higher amount of phytic acid. During fermentation, degradation of phytic acid occurred.
