Thus, the language is used by the rules of rules and norms in the society that adopted a means of communication, and its function is manifested as a format and use at the same time are different in nature interconnected to exist and different types of phrases to address people according to different purposes and situations and this is called the context of the use that is determined Type of discourse If the discourse is of a sentimental nature, the scope of linguistic use expands, but whether it is an objective or neutral discourse such as scientific discourse, shrinking taking into account the existence of two basic pillars in the process of discourse are: the discourse itself, which is a sentence or text, and The importance of the first pillar is reflected in the communication process, especially at the beginning of the lack of presumptive essay and the maqamat that refers to the discourse. The second pillar (the discourse field) is achieved through the presence of a second party in the communication process through which the speaker aims. To achieve two basic objectives: adding information that is not available to the repository of the addressee or undermining one of the addressee information with information that the speaker awaits.
Training and retraining of teachers have become a central issue in Iraq recently especially in-service training of English teachers on the new curricula (Iraq opportunities). English teachers should be objectively evaluated and assessed.
A sample of (40) trained teachers of English is included in the study and a questionnaire is used as the main instrument of the study.
The main findings of the study were the following:
1. The trainees were serious in training on the new course (item 6) the programme helped increase their information (item 4) and motivate them towards better teaching (item 3). The aims of the programme were clear (item1). The programme helped develop their teaching skills (item 2) and was comprehensive (item 5).
