Secondly, the prophets who preceded our prophet Muhammad, Moses, and Jesus, peace, and blessings are upon them if they are not told of physical hostility, obligate them that they do not preach the reward and do not foresee punishment and this is not true for the words of the Almighty. We found that the when New Moon occurs near perigee (mean
anomaly = 0°), the length of the synodic month at a minimum.
Similarly, when New Moon occurs near apogee (mean anomaly =
