The research sheds light on the subject of phraseology as an important field to present metaphysical issues with contemporary scientific discourse. (Primary psychology) It does not apply with the reality of this science and therefore some tried to call it other names such as (Alsai), a unit of measurement of energy activity of things and assets. It was also called metaphysics or metaphysics, but it eventually settled on parapsychology. We try to win Islam and religious concepts with contemporary scientific discourse. The researcher discussed issues that modern science was unable to comprehend and interpreted. He used these subjects to prove the truths of religion and faith. Modern times because the whole universe miracles or as Imam Ghazali says: «Miracles are all-natural because nature is all miracles» (). The issues of death, witchcraft and envy underscored the fact that the Qur'an continues to miracle forever.

Abstract
The aim of the current research is to identify the Effect of the alternative evaluation strategy on the achievement of fourth-grade female students in the subject of biology. The study focuses on the problem that Iraq is approaching an increasing rate of literacy;the available data refers to a rate of (18% -19%). In addition to the fact that the generalcurrent role of the programs directed to literacy is not actually effective enough to limit the expansion of this rate.
The importance of this study highlights the fact that the Iraqi universities are an important tributary among the tributaries of human development, especially in spreading the education of the voluntary work in literacy field and confirming the connection between the students and their society and their role in solving one of the prominent challenges that face the development, i.e., literacy.
