The Arabic grammatical theory is characterized by the characteristics that distinguish it from other languages. It is based on the following equation: In its entirety a homogeneous linguistic system that blends with the social nature of the Arab, his beliefs, and his culture.
This means that this theory was born naturally, after the labor of maintaining an integrated inheritance, starting with its legal text (the Koran), and ends with its features of multiple attributes.
Saber was carrying the founding crucible of that theory, which takes over from his teacher, Hebron, to be built on what it has reached. It is redundant to point to his location and the status of his book.
So came to my research tagged: (cognitive dimensions of the grammar work at Sibuyh), to get closer to the majestic construction set up by Sibuyh, to recognize those knowledge frameworks, and scientific foci.

In this work, chemical spray pyrolysis deposition (CSP) technique was used to prepare a mixed In2O3-CdO thin films with different CdO content (10, 30 and 50)%volume ratio on glass substrates at 150 ᵒC substrate temperature. The surface morphology and structural properties were measured to find the optimum conditions to improve thin films properties for using as photo detector. Current –Time, the sensitivity and response speed vary for each mixture. Samples with 10% vol. CdO content has square pulse response with average rise time nearly 1s and fall time 1s.
Dust and bird residue are problems impeding the operation of solar street lighting systems, especially in semi-desert areas, such as Iraq. The system in this paper was designed and developed locally using simple and inexpensive materials. The system runs automatically. It Connects to solar panels used in solar street lighting, and gets the required electricity from the same solar system. The components of the Earth magnetic field (total intensity (F), horizontal intensity (H), declination (D), inclination (I), the north component(X), the east component(Y), and Down component(Z)) were found by using spherical harmonic world magnetic model (WMM2010).
