Third requirement: the importance of Islamic banks and their objectives.
We learned about the concept of banks and their origins and how they developed and what are the most important types of Islamic banks
The second topic: Formulas and sources of financing in Islamic banks and the services they provide, which includes three demands are:
The first requirement: Formulas of financing in Islamic banks and jurisprudence graduates.
The second requirement: sources of financing in Islamic banks.
Third requirement: Services provided by Islamic banks.
In this topic, it became clear the most important pillars of Islamic banks, namely the forms and sources of financing and services provided by these banks, which distinguishes them from traditional banks or capitalism.
Conclusion, conclusions and recommendations.
The scholars are differed about the beginning of feudal,some says that it has been known already in the oldest Babylonic period . while others think that has been of the Fourth Century .some scholars . believe that it has began in the time of the caliph al-mutwakil (232-247 A.H) who made anew social class from the military to support him The orientlists wrote about the differences between the feudal in Islamic period and The feudal in Europe
There are many opinions about modern political thoughts for future , trying to draw a map of strong powers in the world and one of these thoughts is the conflict with civilizations. The study attempted to present a conceptual aspect of banking merger and logistic regression, as well as the applied aspect which includes a sample consisting of six private Iraqi banks, and the hypothesis of the study is that the promotion of mergers among banks has positive impacts on improving the efficiency of performance of troubled banks, which contributes to the increase of banking services, raise of their financial indicators and the high liquidity and profits of the new banking entity as it is a way to overcome the prevailing banking crises.

The 3-parameter Weibull distribution is used as a model for failure since this distribution is proper when the failure rate somewhat high in starting operation and these rates will be decreased with increasing time .
In practical side a comparison was made between (Shrinkage and Maximum likelihood) Estimators for parameter and reliability function using simulation , we conclude that the Shrinkage estimators for parameters are better than maximum likelihood estimators but the maximum likelihood estimator for reliability function is the better using statistical measures (MAPE)and (MSE) and for different sample sizes.

In this research the Empirical Bayes method is used to Estimate the affiliation parameter in the clinical trials and then we compare this with the Moment Estimates for this parameter using Monte Carlo stimulation , we assumed that the distribution of the observation is binomial distribution while the distribution with the unknown random parameters is beta distribution ,finally we conclude that the Empirical bayes method for the random affiliation parameter is efficient using Mean Squares Error (MSE) and for different Sample size .
