The second requirement: sources of financing in Islamic banks.

In this topic, it became clear the most important pillars of Islamic banks, namely the forms and sources of financing and services provided by these banks, which distinguishes them from traditional banks or capitalism.

Human values are the most important concepts that the interest of society has to relay on these conceptual values. Any society will not be stabilized unless adheres to the right principles and values, all nations need such principles and values to stabilize. Design / methodology / Approach: It has been relying on ready-scale, to make sure the diagnosis and determine the level of balance between the time available for life and work, where they were distributed on Form 42 doctors in the six hospitals in the City of Medicine, were analyzed by software (Nvivo and SPSS v.22).
