This research deals with a part of our heritage and Arab culture, which is the poetry of contemporary Islamic poets, especially the poetry that was said in the mother in contemporary Islamic poetry, when extrapolating the offices of some contemporary Islamic poets found a clear presence of the mother, and during the search for the subject or its I found that the subject did not receive research and study, although the bureaus of contemporary Islamic poets included in it a huge amount of verses in which they stood at the mother Pharthua, and expressed their feelings and emotions towards them, and accordingly this research tagged (mother in contemporary Islamic poetry _ Dr Artistic models in models of contemporary Islamic poetry) to stand at models of those verses to study and demonstrate the technical skill of poets in the expression of the mother, I have adopted in my study this analytical method, as well as the dependence of various poets.
In the midst of political, cultural and economic fast developments accelerated, the world witnessed, with the accompanied big communication revolutions, many shapes of powers. Those developments were followed by changes in relations of international level.

The results showed that the highest degradation rate 94.66% was recorded by Ulocladium sp. at 10 days and A. niger recorded the lowest degradation rate 45.86%, while at 20 days Ulocladium sp. also showed the highest degradation rate 94.98% and the lowest degradation rate reached to 82.49% with A.niger. The mix (Exerohilum sp.+Ulocladium sp.) recorded the highest degradation rate of oxymatrine insecticide 90.22%, 88.51%, 85.34% at 4, 8 and 12 ppm.The use of mixed isolates enhanced the biodegradation process. The aim of the study was to find out the correlations and impact between the variable of ethical leadership behavior and university performance at Sumer University. Use the descriptive analytical method by adopting the questionnaire tool to collect data. The questionnaire was distributed electronically to 113 teachers at Sumer University and the response was from 105 teachers.
