Science is linked to each other bonds assets, branches and even close to each other; to become a link of this type of patterns of scientific integration, and perhaps the most prominent science that saw the overlap and interdependence of science and jurisprudence and its origins, and this interdependence did not stop at the epistemological foundations of knowledge; To the branches, methods of extraction, and diligence to extend to the terminology; to find similar terms in both flags; to become those terms similar in the word and meaning and even the end, but we do not lack terms similar in pronunciation and differing in meaning; and this difference is imposed by the specificity of each science and what M E; however, approached many terms in their meaning in both flags, has been rescued in my research this set of terms agreed to utter and differed meaning between grammar and jurisprudence divided by the letters of the dictionary and then indicated what is meant in the two flags with clarification of the convergence between them or move away in meaning In both flags.
This paper presents theoretical parametric study of the curvature ductility capacity for reinforced concrete column sections. The study considers the behavior of concrete and reinforcing steel under different strain rates. A computer program has been written to compute the curvature ductility taking into account the spalling in concrete cover. Strain rate sensitive constitutive models of steel and concrete were used for predicting the moment-curvature relationship of reinforced concrete columns at different rate of straining. Purpose: To validate a UV-visible spectrophotometric technique for evaluating niclosamide (NIC) concentration in different media across various values of pH. Methods: NIC was investigated using a UV-visible spectrophotometer in acidic buffer solution (ABS) of pH 1.2, deionized water (DW), and phosphate buffer solution (PBS), pH 7.4. The characterization of NIC was done with differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). Compassion competence is a nurse's ability to provide patient-centered care and communicate with patients in a sensitive and insightful manner. This descriptive cross-sectional survey study aimed to assess the compassion competence of a multinational group of nursing students.
A total of 1,158 undergraduate nursing students participated in this study, and stratified random sampling method was used to select participants from the 100 study level to the 400 or 500 level. Data were collected using the Compassion Competence Scale.

In vitro antifungal susceptibility test of itraconazole was carried out against 38 isolates from nails, skin, oral cavity, vagina and wounds, This study was done in Ramadi Teaching Hospital in period from January to August 2010. According to the National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standard (NCCLS ) M 27- A by using the broth dilution method. Inoculum size was 1-5X103 CFU/ ml, while final concentrations of itraconazole ranged from 0.025 – 6.4 μg / ml by using RPMI – 1640 broth media and the fungus was incubated at 35 oC.
