The apostle who truly proves and removes falsehoods, the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) honored some of their poets; such as Farazdaq and al-Qumit in the Umayyad period; They are peace in both eras, such as Abu al-Aswad al-Doa'li, Ibn Mufriq al-Humayri, Mansour al-Nimri, Abu Tamam, Abu Nawas, Imam Shafi'i, Dick Jinn, and others .. Measurements of UV-Vis spectrophotometer and AFM spectroscopy were determined. The study included the collection of samples of raw cow milk to isolate Leuconostoc bacteria, samples were sub cultured on De-Man Rogosa Sharpe-Vancomycin medium, the pure colonies were selected and subjected to the cultural and microscopically tests, according to that 25 cocci bacterial isolates were obtained, then isolates were subjected to biochemical tests. ... Show MoreIn present study the effect of soil extracts of different types of soil on ability of two clinical isolates, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus to form biofilm. The extract of soil was done by using sterile phosphate buffer saline and analyzed by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopic (FTIR). Spectrophotometric method was used to check ability of the studied isolated bacteria to form biofilm on polystyrene microtiter plates. The data of FTIR showed very little difference was observed among extracts of three types of soil (soil contaminated with hydrocarbons; garden soil collected from gardens of al-jadrea, Baghdad and containers soil), but the highest difference was observed in the extract obtained from peat moss clay soil.
