Linguistic studies present a distinguished place among modern human studies, as we find this clear in the scientific research institutions of the developed nations, it is the main pillar in the strengthening of links and consolidation pillars between individuals and groups. It is a language and between people's thoughts, feelings and actions, and has been able to show that language is not only a tool of expression but is closely linked to the intellectual, emotional and social life of these people individuals and groups.
The derivation is a major step in Arabic in classifying formulas into weights with special morphological values; these are of great importance in sentences and structures that are the domain of the search in grammar. Effect; the grammatical difference will recognize immediately, this means that derivation is at the heart of morphological topics that serve grammar and pave the way for the study of its issues.
Through this, we find that the Arab scientists have divided the formulas into two parts: one: the formulas of names, and the other: formulas verbs.

The current study aimed to identify the quality of health services provided by the Omani health sector through the comparison between public and private hospitals in Dhofar Governorate, Oman. A questionnaire has been developed to collect data from 360 patients who received health services in one public Hospital (Sultan Qaboos) and three private Hospitals (Badr Al-Sama, Lifeline, and Al-Hakeeim). This work involves separating and studying the aminoacylase-1 (ACY1) of amniotic fluid from healthy pregnant, mainly one peak with higher activity has been isolated by DEAE-Cellulose ion exchange from the proteinous supernatant produced by deposition of proteins using ammonium sulfate (65%) after dialysis. The purification folds reaching to 19 folds also gave one protein peak when injected into the gel filtration column, a high ACY1 purity was obtained, with 38 folds of purification. This article conclude a theoretical study for the possibility to produce additional electric power from Iraqi steam power plants by cutting – off high-pressure feed water heaters . Three separated steam power plants which Dura , south –Baghdad and Nasria were studied . The investigation showed the possibity of increasing the electric power from 10 to 15% for Dura and Nasria , whereas 6% for south – Baghdad .
