Based on the descriptive analytical approach, as a procedural tool for analysis, we have divided the study on two subjects, the first one was entitled representations of the Eastern expatriate ego abroad or the West, and the second section entitled the representations of the other Western coming to the Arab interior, and then concluded the research with a conclusion followed by the most important sources and references.

That is, by using strategic map in balanced score card of Norton and Kaplan (2004). incidence of side-effects and to make it more costeffective,
the lower dose regimen of isotretinoin has
been used.
Aim: To compare the efficacy and tolerability of
oral isotretinoin 10mg and 20mg/day in acne
vulgaris.
