The Shari'a of Islam is the end of the laws revealed by God, including the goodness of the servants in the pension and the restored. They are supported by the enemies of Islam, especially in these days when the Islamic Ummah is subjected to a fierce campaign by its enemy to repel it from its religion through what they claim from the rights of women, including the right to equality with men.
Islam came to announce to all mankind that women are part of life in society without which they can not imagine life for them. Islam did not leave women under the absolute authority of men, but raised their status and worked to liberate them, and these rights are divorced from her husband, does she have the right to do so? ? This is what this research will answer.
The research required an introduction, a preamble, three demands, and a conclusion.
The preamble in what the mandate, and the words related to it, and the similarities and differences between them, and formulas undermine.
The first topic: Ruling on requiring divorce in the contract.
The second topic: the rule of empowering women to divorce herself as long as in the Council.
The third topic: the rule of divorce women in the mandate.

The steady consumption of fish led many researchers to study it preferences over other foods, especially for radioactivity content. The specific activity concentration (S.A) of natural occurring radioactive materials (NORM) have been measured for Cyprinus carpio fishes collected from several industrial fishes' lakes located in Baghdad governorate using gamma spectroscopy doped with high purity germanium coaxial detector (HPGe). Thirteen fishes' samples were collected from industrial lakes, three samples were collected from cages, and two samples were collected from Trigger River. The study of determing Uranium concentration in samples of teeth is the first of its kind in the Iraq .
