The paper aims to propose Teaching Learning based Optimization (TLBO) algorithm to solve 3-D packing problem in containers. In this paper, an approach for object tracking that is inspired from human oculomotor system is proposed and verified experimentally. The azo dye is exhibiting maximum absorption at 441 nm.
