The Ant System Algorithm (ASA) is a member of the ant colony algorithms family in swarm intelligence methods (part of the Artificial Intelligence field), which is based on the behavior of ants seeking a path and a source of food in their colonies. The aim of This algorithm is to search for an optimal solution for Combinational Optimization Problems (COP) for which is extremely difficult to find solution using the classical methods like linear and non-linear programming methods.

The Estimation Of The Reliability Function Depends On The Accuracy Of The Data Used To Estimate The Parameters Of The Probability distribution, and Because Some Data Suffer from a Skew in their Data to Estimate the Parameters and Calculate the Reliability Function in light of the Presence of Some Skew in the Data, there must be a Distribution that has flexibility in dealing with that Data. Subject of comparative analysis research are sports print media in Ukraine and Iraqi Kurdistan .And highlight the sports as one of modem  Kurdish journalism in lraqi Kurdistan that emerged after the spring in 1991 which took her privacy in the field of journalism , and analysis with sports journalism in the era of the independent state of Ukнаraine in the early nineties of the past century .

Abstract

 The miraculous of al-Quran has been surrounded by the attention of scholars, as it is the one that has astonished the rhetoricians with its eloquence. So , they paid attention to every part of it  and hugely they studied it with accuracy in respect to its Surah  ad Ayahs.   It is considered the most important source from which Arab scholars and early grammarians drew, given their unanimity that it is the highest degree of eloquence and the best record of the common literary language.

Among these sciences is the science of Grammar, and without Qur’an, this science would not have emerged, which later had control over every science of Arabic

       This paper discusses an important part of the  doctrine documented by AL Imam Ali (God peace him) to the prince of Egypt “Malik al Ashter” Which charactrised by universality Where it comprised all of what the administ-rative facilities need of the responsibilities to handle the society issues and problems to have a fair society .
