The current study aims to investigate the effect of strategic knowledge management practices on an excellent performance at the Institution of Industrial Development and Research- the Ministry of Iraqi Industry (IDRMII). This paper deals with load-deflection behavior the jointed plain concrete pavement system using steel dowel bars as a mechanism to transmit load across the expansion joints. Experimentally, four models of the jointed plain concrete pavement system were made, each model consists of two slabs of plain concrete that connected together across expansion by two dowel bars and the concrete slab were supported by the subgrade soil. Abstract
The current study aims to study one Firas Al- Himdani's Romeyat poems (320 – 357 AH), he was one of sham poets in the era of the Abbasid as to know the glories of the knight and Arabic poet, whose message led to preserve the honor of the nation and Islam prestige , along with exposing the better one . His message includes Arabic merits and high values in respect of chivalry , encouragement , sacrifice , forgiveness and tolerance in addition to morality and patience .
It was rumored in the grammatical circles that the (short) refrigerant is only a copy of (book) Sibweh, except some of the views that violated it, or some of the evidence that increased it; On the (brief) or not, the researcher has chosen the subject (what is going away and not leave) a field of study of the budget, has come on three demands, the first devoted to the study of the term, and the second to explain the methodology of scientists in the presentation of the topic, and the third was limited to the study of the evidence they invoked .
