The distribution of the intensity of the comet Ison C/2013 is studied by taking its histogram. This distribution reveals four distinct regions that related to the background, tail, coma and nucleus. One dimensional temperature distribution fitting is achieved by using two mathematical equations that related to the coordinate of the center of the comet. The quiver plot of the gradient of the comet shows very clearly that arrows headed towards the maximum intensity of the comet.

The research was designed to examine the relationship between the pvc genes expression and cupB gene, which plays a crucial role in the development of biofilm, and rhlR, which regulates the expression of biofilm-related genes, and to investigate whether the pvc genes form one or two operons. The aims were achieved by employing qRT-PCR technique to measure the gene expression of genes of interest. It was found that out of 25 clinical isolates, 21 isolates were qualified as P.aeruginosa.  In this research, we studied the effect of (β-rays) on the optical properties of pure  (PMMA) films prepared by using casting technique, and the optical properties for these  films was studied before and after irradiation  by recording the Absorption and Transmission spectra  for a range of wavelength range (190-1100) nm. and then the absorption and Transmission and the reflectivity, extinction coefficient, refractive index, and real and imaginary parts of dielectric constant was studied
