Public-private partnership (PPP) has been used over the past 20-30 years by governments in developed countries to meet the public demand for infrastructural services. In Iraq, the PPP concept is comparatively new to the Government of Iraq (GoI), where the government has historically taken most of the responsibility for providing public services. There are few PPP projects in Iraq. However, the number is increasing. The risk assessment for three pipelines belonging to the Basra Oil Company (X1, X2, X3), to develop an appropriate risk mitigation plan for each pipeline to address all high risks. Corrosion risks were assessed using a 5 * 5 matrix. Now, the risk assessment for X1 showed that the POF for internal corrosion is 5, which means that its risk is high due to salinity and the presence of CO, H2S and POF for external corrosion is 1 less than the corrosion, while for Flowline X2 the probability of internal corrosion is 4 and external is 4 because there is no Cathodic protection applied due to CO2, H2S and Flowline X3 have 8 leaks due to internal corrosion so the hazard rating was very high 5 and could be due to salinity, CO2, fluid flow rate

     A binary stream cipher cryptosystem can be used to encrypt/decrypt many types of digital files, especially those can be considered huge data files like images. To guarantee that the encryption or decryption processes need a reasonable time to encrypt/decrypt the images, so we have to make the stream cipher key generator that acts quickly without effect in the complexity or randomness of the output key binary sequences. In this paper, we increase the size of the output sequence from binary to digital sequence in the field  to obtain byte sequence, then we test this new sequence not only as binary but also -sequence. Background: Ulcerative colitis is a chronic inflammatory condition characterized by relapsing and remitting episodes of inflammation limited to the mucosal layer of the colon.Loop ileostomy might be helpful in the management of the disease.

Objective: To evaluate the role of loop ileostomy in the management of ulcerative colitis.

     The operator ψ has been introduced as an associated set-valued set function. Although it has importance for the study of minimal open sets as well as minimal I-open sets. As a result of this study, we introduce minimal I^*-open sets . In this study, several characterizations of minimal I^*-open sets are also investigated. This study also discusses the role of minimal  I^*-open sets in the *-locally finite spaces. In an aspect of topological invariant, the homeomorphic images of minimal I^*-open set has been discussed here.

This research was carried out in quail in the laboratory of histopathology diseases during four months. The objectives of this study was to detecting the effects of the addition of the alcohol extract of ginger to ovary tissue of quail. The two groups of birds were in almost similar weights and were placed in cages. Each group consisted of 8 quails. The first group (control group) fed on regular feeding without adding alcoholic extract of ginger. The second group (treated group) fed on the same normal food after adding the alcohol extract of ginger at a concentration of 300 mg / kg. The results indicated that ginger have positive effects on folliculogenesis.

     In this article, we investigate a mathematical fractional model of tuberculosis that takes into account vaccination as a possible way to treat the disease. We use an in-host tuberculosis fractional model that shows how Macrophages and Mycobacterium tuberculosis interact to knowledge of how vaccination treatments affect macrophages that have not been infected. The existence of optimal control is proven. The Hamiltonian function and the maximum principle of the Pontryagin are used to describe the optimal control. In addition, we use the theory of optimal control to develop an algorithm that leads to choosing the best vaccination plan. This paper uses classical and shrinkage estimators to estimate the system reliability (R) in the stress-strength model when the stress and strength follow the Inverse Chen distribution (ICD). The comparisons of the proposed estimators have been presented using a simulation that depends on the mean squared error (MSE) criteria.

     The increased food requirement puts intense pressure on the agriculture community to grow more from the same resources resulting in people leaving the farming business.
