I was invited to deliver a research paper on orphan care at the Center for Psychological and Educational Research. So I sought help from God Almighty and began writing a research in which I explained the meaning of the orphan, his condition, and the Holy Qur’an’s care for him. Therefore, I intended for the title of my humble research to be (Caring for the Orphan in the Islamic Perspective), since the papers were mixed up in the time of accidents, disasters, and deadly weapons, all of which reap men more than what we suffer. In this wounded country of ours, with civil wars, sectarianism, and insecurity, research began to solve the problem of orphans at a time when society had become an orphan with no shepherd. When I addressed this topic, another issue came to mind, which is the issue of widows, and it is an issue that is inseparable from the issue of orphans. So how can we We address the problem of the orphan and leave his mother. Therefore, the topic of the research became broader, as I made a special chapter for widows in which I discussed some of the solutions that society can apply in the reality of its life to eliminate this deep problem. I divided my research into two chapters, preceded by this introduction and followed by a conclusion in which I recorded the summary of the research. The most important results I reached.
In the first chapter, I discussed the meaning of the orphan in language and terminology, and the interest of the Holy Qur’an on the subject of the orphan, and the virtue of caring for the orphan. In the second chapter, I discussed the meaning of the widow in language and terminology and her need for care and care. Then I began to solve the problem of the increasing number of widows in society today, and how we can address this major problem. All members of society must cooperate to eliminate this problem until this ordeal is overcome.
Then, at the conclusion of the research, I discussed the most important results and recommendations that I came up with, and I ask God Almighty to grant me success in this humble research of mine and to make it sincere for His honorable face. He is the best Lord and the best Helper.
Tobacco products of all kinds are harmful to public health, so legislation has paid great attention to regulating the process of tobacco production and distribution, whether at the level of national or international legislation, in a way that achieves legal protection for these products, so the establishment of civil liability for tobacco companies as a result of harm to the smoker The positive and the negative provoked a jurisprudential dispute due to the specificity of the work of these companies, and the jurisprudence differed in the legal nature of tobacco companies ’liability between contractual and tort liability in a way that enables the injured smoker to obtain his right to compensation.
The survey and checklist of invasive species of the insects in some different localities of Iraq are revised; 24 invasive species were documented until December 2018 during the current investigations. The species distributions, common names and synonyms are given.
The current investigation included all of exotic species in Iraq, which are not collected during this study.

In this paper, we introduce a DCT based steganographic method for gray scale images. The embedding approach is designed to reach efficient tradeoff among the three conflicting goals; maximizing the amount of hidden message, minimizing distortion between the cover image and stego-image,and maximizing the robustness of embedding. The nonlinear differential equation converting to a system of nonlinear equations is solved using Mathematica®12, and the approximate solutions are obtained. The efficiency of these methods was studied by calculating the maximum error remainder ( ), and it was found that their efficiency increases as increases. Moreover, the obtained approximate solutions are compared with the numerical solution obtained by the fourth-order Runge-Kutta method (RK4), which gives a good agreement.
