I was invited to deliver a research paper on orphan care at the Center for Psychological and Educational Research. So I sought help from God Almighty and began writing a research in which I explained the meaning of the orphan, his condition, and the Holy Qur’an’s care for him. Therefore, I intended for the title of my humble research to be (Caring for the Orphan in the Islamic Perspective), since the papers were mixed up in the time of accidents, disasters, and deadly weapons, all of which reap men more than what we suffer. In this wounded country of ours, with civil wars, sectarianism, and insecurity, research began to solve the problem of orphans at a time when society had become an orphan with no shepherd. When I addressed this topic, another issue came to mind, which is the issue of widows, and it is an issue that is inseparable from the issue of orphans. So how can we We address the problem of the orphan and leave his mother. Therefore, the topic of the research became broader, as I made a special chapter for widows in which I discussed some of the solutions that society can apply in the reality of its life to eliminate this deep problem. I divided my research into two chapters, preceded by this introduction and followed by a conclusion in which I recorded the summary of the research. The most important results I reached.
In the first chapter, I discussed the meaning of the orphan in language and terminology, and the interest of the Holy Qur’an on the subject of the orphan, and the virtue of caring for the orphan. In the second chapter, I discussed the meaning of the widow in language and terminology and her need for care and care. Then I began to solve the problem of the increasing number of widows in society today, and how we can address this major problem. All members of society must cooperate to eliminate this problem until this ordeal is overcome.
Then, at the conclusion of the research, I discussed the most important results and recommendations that I came up with, and I ask God Almighty to grant me success in this humble research of mine and to make it sincere for His honorable face. He is the best Lord and the best Helper.
The process of transformation from the central economy to a free economy requires restructuring the economy according to a new economic philosophy that relies on activating the role of private economic activity in which private and medium-sized institutions occupy an essential axis for their active role in the economies of all countries, especially those countries that have directed towards the market mechanism and sector leadership. The special process of economic development and the role that commercial banks can play in advancing the financing of these projects by establishing specialized business incubators for financing.

The study aims to identify the extent the academics in colleges of applied sciences are familiar with the themes of the national strategy of education 2040 in the Sultanate of Oman.
