I was invited to deliver a research paper on orphan care at the Center for Psychological and Educational Research. So I sought help from God Almighty and began writing a research in which I explained the meaning of the orphan, his condition, and the Holy Qur’an’s care for him. Therefore, I intended for the title of my humble research to be (Caring for the Orphan in the Islamic Perspective), since the papers were mixed up in the time of accidents, disasters, and deadly weapons, all of which reap men more than what we suffer. In this wounded country of ours, with civil wars, sectarianism, and insecurity, research began to solve the problem of orphans at a time when society had become an orphan with no shepherd. When I addressed this topic, another issue came to mind, which is the issue of widows, and it is an issue that is inseparable from the issue of orphans. So how can we We address the problem of the orphan and leave his mother. Therefore, the topic of the research became broader, as I made a special chapter for widows in which I discussed some of the solutions that society can apply in the reality of its life to eliminate this deep problem. I divided my research into two chapters, preceded by this introduction and followed by a conclusion in which I recorded the summary of the research. The most important results I reached.
In the first chapter, I discussed the meaning of the orphan in language and terminology, and the interest of the Holy Qur’an on the subject of the orphan, and the virtue of caring for the orphan. In the second chapter, I discussed the meaning of the widow in language and terminology and her need for care and care. Then I began to solve the problem of the increasing number of widows in society today, and how we can address this major problem. All members of society must cooperate to eliminate this problem until this ordeal is overcome.
Then, at the conclusion of the research, I discussed the most important results and recommendations that I came up with, and I ask God Almighty to grant me success in this humble research of mine and to make it sincere for His honorable face. He is the best Lord and the best Helper.

Ephedra alata. is a plant that widely available around the world and long used in folk medicine as a natural medication, was employed in the current work to prepare extracts rich in alkaloids and to test their cytotoxic potential. Alkaloids-rich and crude extracts of E.alata were compared to pure ephedrine medication for mitosis on Allium cepa. test system. Five heavy metals, namely Cd, Cu, Fe, Mn, and Pb in the surface water and through the water column were studied at 10 selected stations in the Razzazah lake and Karbala drainage canal for the period between November 1990 to October 1991*. pH and total hardness were also measured. Lead was found to be the highest in concentration as overall average values, followed by an manganese, iron, copper then cadmium at the surface as well as along the water column. All the studied metals were below or close to the maximum allowed limits of Iraqi standards for inland water. The spatial and seasonal variations were discussed.
The aim of this work is studying the binary system ??'??? Ni?)with two ratios (y=36,80) by using casting method for preparing the samples.Magnetic and Mechanical properties have been studidt different httrea^nttem^rature.All the alloys were found a ferromagnetic behavior and sensitive to the heat treatment. Best properties were found at the heat treatment 1100 C°.A significant different results were found above 1100C° for lower magnetic and mechanical values. This is possibly due to the change on the degree of magnetic moment orders, in which most of the moments are started to remove from coupled ferromagnetically.?
