Because of the importance of this issue and the task in our current reality, I have chosen this topic and begin examining this issue in terms of defining the vocabulary of this topic or depicting it, as well as presenting the disagreement, evidence, discussion, and stating what is most likely that research into such a financial topic requires jurisprudential scrutiny, then application to contemporary issues, and a statement of its impact. In the Islamic banks and institutions that deal with them, to find a legal formula for contemporary financial transactions. This research was divided into an introduction, three sections, and a conclusion.
The first section discussed the concept of sale in language and terminology, the second section discussed the ruling on selling in kind and the differences of jurists regarding it, and the third section talked about contemporary applications of selling sample items.

The Muslim scholars , headed by Imam Al – Hasan Al – Askari , answerd them by Iogic and scientific arguments , relying on the gloroious Qur an and the prophetic Sunnah ,and what He learnt from his grandparents . Therefore , He managed to take down their ideas in the bud and rescue the Islamic religion from anything irrelevant to what the prophet brought .
This paper try to shed light on one of interpretations of the prosody of Ibn Barry “Al-duraru l-lawāmi῾ fi maqra᾽i l-ImāmiNāfi῾” a famous prosody that students still study and spend time in memorize and understand it until this day. This interpretation is considered one of the simplest and appropriate to the nature of teaching in the early stages of education for students of Arabic in general. Also, we try very hard to extract the commons characteristics of this and other interpretation of the text we have, then effort a large text as an example of what we are going to say in conclusions.
