This study reported the investigation of the Radio Frequency (RF) signal propagation of Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM) coverage in Emmanuel Alayande College of Education (EACOED), Oyo, Oyo State, Nigeria. This paper deals with the continuous classical optimal control problem for triple partial differential equations of parabolic type with initial and boundary conditions; the Galerkin method is used to prove the existence and uniqueness theorem of the state vector solution for given continuous classical control vector. The proof of the existence theorem of a continuous classical optimal control vector associated with the triple linear partial differential equations of parabolic type is given. The derivation of the Fréchet derivative for the cost function is obtained. At the end, the theorem of the necessary conditions for optimality of this problem is stated and is proved.

In this paper, we will provide a proposed method to estimate missing values for the Explanatory variables for Non-Parametric Multiple Regression Model and compare it with the Imputation Arithmetic mean Method, The basis of the idea of this method was based on how to employ the causal relationship between the variables in finding an efficient estimate of the missing value, we rely on the use of the Kernel estimate by Nadaraya – Watson Estimator , and on Least Squared Cross Validation (LSCV) to estimate the Bandwidth, and we use the simulation study to compare between the two methods.
