The aim of this paper is to introduce and study some of the Fibrewise minimal regular,Fibrewise maximal regular, Fibrewise minimal completely regular, Fibrewise maximal completely regular, Fibrewise minimal normal, Fibrewise maximal normal, Fibrewise minimal functionally normal, and Fibrewise maximal functionally normal. This is done by providing some definitions of the concepts and examples related to them, as well as discussing some properties and mentioning some explanatory diagrams for those concepts.

In this paper, we investigate the performance of two state-of-the-art AI translation systems (ChatGPT, DeepSeek) when translating Arabic texts to English in three different genres: journalistic, literary, and technical. In this research, the influence of the orientation and distance factors on the lowest usable frequency (LUF) parameter has been studied theoretically. The calculations of the (LUF) parameter have been made using the (VOACAP) international communication model for the connection links between the capital Baghdad and many other locations that distributed on different distances and directions over the Middle East region. The results shown in this study indicate there is a slight affection of the link direction (orientation) on the LUF parameter, while the influence of the distance factor is more significant on the values of the LUF parameter.
