It is no secret to anyone the lofty classifications and wonderful investigations made by Muslim scholars in various eras, with which they removed the dust of ignorance from the nation, clarified the argument, and illuminated the path of education, especially in the legal sciences, which are the foundation of religion.

It is the life of hearts and the path of grammarians in this world and the hereafter.

Among those scientific classifications are the investigations they have written in the science of the principles of legislation, which have established the general evidence and the original rules to which practical legal rulings are referred. And as you know, it is the basis of Islamic jurisprudence, a means of knowing its details, and the way to arrive at its rulings in new calamities and numerous events, no matter how diverse or numerous, and the core of this science. Noble knowledge and knowledge were not a means of understanding texts

. The two revelations are the mainstay of religion and its two original guides, so it was a war against every researcher or student to study the issues of fundamentals related to them with great study and pay attention to researching what is related to them from those who are easy to work with in deriving rulings from them in order to derive closeness to it.

Graduating the branches according to their bases in an accurate manner, and this is of great importance. Therefore, I chose in this research to study one of the issues related to the principles of Islamic jurisprudence.

With the texts of the Qur’an and the Sunnah, which is the indication of the connection with the application to them from the branches of the doctrines of jurisprudence, and its praise, articles, and scholarly references that indicate the principles of those issues.

A pulsed (TEA-0O2) laser was used to dissociate molecules of silane ethylene (C2I-14) and ammonia (NH3) gases, through collision assisted multiple photon dissociation (MPD) to deposit(SiC i_xNx) thin films, where the X-values are 0, 0.13 and 0.33, on glass substrate at T,----648 K. deposition rate of (0.416-0.833) nm/pulse and thickness of (500-1000)nm .Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (FT-IR) was used to study the nature of the chemical bonds that exist in the films. Results revealed that these films contain complex networks of the atomic (Si, C, and N), other a quantity of atomic hydrogen and chemical bonds such as (Si-N, C-N, C-14 and N-H).Absorbance and Transmittance spectra in the wavelength range (400-1100) nm were used to stud

...Show More Authors

Schiff base derived from PVA and Erythroascorbic acid derivative (pentulosono-ɣ-lactone-2, 3-enedianisoate) was synthesized and characterized by Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC) and FTIR spectra, aldehyde was also characterized by (U.V-Vis), 1HNMR, 13CNMR and mass spectra. The inhibitory effect of prepared polymer on the activity of human serum Cholinesrerase has been studied in vitro. The polymer showed a remarkable activity at low concentration (4.5*10-3 – 4.5*10-8 M).

Synthesis, Characterization, Biological Activity and Thermal Study of New Complexes [Ni II, Hg II and La III] from Mixed Ligands (Curcumin and Azo compounds type N2O2)
...Show More Authors

The compound [L] was produced in the current study through the reaction of 4-aminoacetophenon with 4-methoxyaniline in the cold, concentrated HCl with 10% NaNO2. Curcumin, several transition metal complexes (Ni (II), La (III), and Hg (II)), and compound [L] were combined in EtOH to create new complexes. UV-vis spectroscopy, FTIR, AA, TGA-DSC, conductivity, chloride content, and elemental analysis (CHNS) were used to describe the structure of produced complexes. Biological activities against fungi, S. aureus (G+), Pseudomonas (G-), E. coli (G-), and Proteus (G-) were demonstrated using complexes. Depending on the outcomes of the aforementioned methods, octahedral formulas were given as the geometrical structures for each created comp

Comparison of Single and Group Jet Grout Columns Settlement Based on Field Test and Theoretical Methods
...Show More Authors
Abstract
The settlement evaluation for the jet grouted columns (JGC) in soft soils is a problematic matter, because it is influenced by the number of aspects such as soil type, effect mixture between soil and grouting materials, nozzle energy, jet grouting, water flow rate, rotation and lifting speed. Most methods of design the jet-grouting column based on experience. In this study, a prototype single and group jet grouting models (single, 1*2, and 2*2) with the total length and diameter were (2000 and 150 mm) respectively and clear spacing (3D) has been constructed in soft clay and subjected to vertical axial loads. Furthermore, different theoretical methods have been used for the estimation
... Show More
