Abstract: This study aims to identify mainly the experience of development of the state of Zimbabwe. The purpose of this study is to explain African studies in our Arab countries . The approach followed in this study is analytical description using also the comparative method as needed. Modern high-density Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) offer the required flexibility and fast design-to-implementation time with the possibility of exploiting highly parallel computations like those required by ANNs in hardware.
