Research Summary
The research revolves around the collection of pending hadiths on Abdullah bin Amr bin Al-Aas, may God be pleased with them, and it is required in these hadiths that they be among those in which there is no room for diligence, such as telling about unseen matters, signs of the Hour, or a statement of virtue and reward for obedience, or punishment for disobedience.
The research consists of an introduction, two topics, and a conclusion of the first topic in the translation of Abdullah bin Amr bin Al-Aas, and the second topic, the pending hadiths of Abdullah bin Amr bin Al-Aas, may God be pleased with them, in which there is no room for diligence in collecting and studying
At the end of this research, I have reached the following results: The importance of studying the reports reported on the Companions, may God be pleased with them, in order to distinguish the correct ones from the weak ones. I came across twenty pending narrations on Abdullah bin Amr bin Al-Aas, may God be pleased with them, six of which are authentic, two are good, and twelve are weak.
This study was conducted to describe a protocol for the callus establishing culture of Lavandula angustifolia plant and estimating their content of volatile oil. The quantity of volatile oil callus tissues was compared with that of leaves production. Callus was induced from leaf explants on Murashige and Skoog medium (MS) supplemented with Naphthalene acetic acid (NAA) and Benzyl adenine (BA) in different concentrations. Maximum callus fresh weight was obtained in the combination of 10 mg/L BA and 3 mg/L NAA which reached 18 g after four weeks. Results showed high efficiency of the predator Chrysoperla carnea (Stephens) to attack and consume nymphal instars and adults of cabbage aphid, Brevicoryne brassicae (L.).The total average of the nymphal instars consumed by the larval stage of predator were 308.67, 285.9, 198.77, 154.7 for 1st ,2nd ,3rd ,4th nymphal instars respectively .While it was 110,107.9 for apterae and alatae respectively . Also, predation efficiency increases with the progress of the larval instars up to the third (last) which was the most voracious .The 1st instar nymph consumed by the larvae of the predator were 47,80,181.67 nymphs ,with predation rate of 14.71% , 23.75% and 50.13% for 1st ,2nd and 3rd larval instars
