         لقد نشا علم التحقيق على ايدي المحدثين المسلمين الذين  وضعوا قواعد هذا  العلم  وظهرت مؤلفات  عدة في هذا المجال ، لكن ما قام به الاقدمون لم يشكل قواعد علم مستقل  بذاته ومنذ ظهور الطباعة بدأت حركة تحقيق المخطوطات ، وتعددت  مناهج التحقيق فكان للمستشرقين منهجهم الخاص وظهر منهج التحقيق والاخراج الفني والعلمي للمخطوط .

In this study, pebble bed as an absorber and storage material was placed in a south facing, flat plate air-type solar collector at fixed tilt angle of (45°). The effect of this material and differ- ent parameters on collector efficiency has been investigated experimentally and

The study aimed to evaluate the antimicrobial activity using different concentrations of aqueous and alcoholic extracts of dried lemongrass leaves. Chemical phytochemical tests were performed for aqueous and alcoholic extracts of lemongrass. Antimicrobials activity was tested using agar disc diffusion method against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. The results of the study showed that the aqueous extract of dried lemon leaves was highly effective (P≤0.05) against S. aureus, as the inhibition diameter was 22 mm for 50 dilution, while the inhibition diameter decreased to 15 mm for concentration 100. THE Schiff base reaction played an important role of the condensation reaction between 2-aminophenol and Glyoxylic acid in the presence of calculated amounts of KOH as a catalyst. The reaction has been carried out in ethanol under reflux and stirring condition for 3.5 hrs.
