Robert Nozick is an American thinker who formulated his political theory in his book (Anarchy, State, Utopia) in 1974, which included his most important main ideas represented in the emergence of (The Minimal State) as well as (Entitlement Theory), through which he expressed his rejection of stereotypical distributive justice theories such as equality In Marxism and social liberalism, his ideas were characterized by a very extreme individualist tendency, and his ideas contributed to supporting the neo-liberal trend.     

The experiment was conducted in field of the University of Baghdad, Jadryia region, Baghdad to measure vibration and performance efficiency of grass mower (machine cutting grass). Vibration in three axes are longitudinal X , lateral Y and vertical Z in four places of mower machine during cutting grass and Practical Productivity, Efficiency and Fuel Consumption measured in this experiment . Factorial design (3 x 2) used, mower speeds included 1.9 3.6 and 6.4 km/hr and engine load included idling and full load according to randomized complete design were used in this experiment.        unacceptable social behaviors, particularly withdrawal behavior that appears in children with autism represent a major problem hindering the process of communication with those around them and therefore the process of mergence  with them be difficult.

 The issue of inequality in distribution of income and / or consumption expenditure is related to economic welfare because there is an inverse relationship between the economic welfare on the one hand, and the degree of inequality, on the other hand. Despite the fact that inequality is considered as normal phenomenon in every society, but if it exceeded certain limits it will lead to undesirable economic, social and political consequences.
