So I present in the hands of the honorable reader what God Almighty has made easy for me in terms of what I dealt with in the rule (the principle of permissive things) and what branches from it and what is related to it.
This research was divided into an introduction, a preface, three demands, and a conclusion.
The preamble is to explain the meaning of the rule in language and terminology and the definition of the legal rule and what is related to it. The first requirement is to explain the rule that we have in our hands and the words related to its text - and is it a fundamentalist or jurisprudential rule? .
As for the second requirement - in the difference of scholars and their opinions in whether the origin of things is permissible or forbidden? .
The third requirement in some jurisprudential applications and the impact of the rule in Islamic law.
This research focuses on the difficulties that face Oud's students' in the performance of Sharif Muheyddin Haider musical works. In addition, this research suggests solutions to overcome these difficulties for make it easier to play Haider's musical works. This research also addressed important topics of great relevance the title, problem and the research's aims. Moreover, Procedures of this research adopted the descriptive approach (content analysis) to attain the research's aims. In this study, sawdust as a cheap method and abundant raw material was utilized to produce active carbon (SDAC). Physiochemical activation was utilized where potassium hydroxide used as a chemical activating agent and carbon dioxide was used as a physical activating agent. Taguchi method of experimental design was used to find the optimum conditions of SDAC production. In this work, studying the effect of ethylenediamine as a corrosion inhibitor was investigated for carbon steel in aerated HCl solution in range of 0.1-1N under dynamic conditions, i.e., rotational velocity of 400–1200 rpm in the temperature range 35 – 65 ºC. Weight loss method was employed in absence and presence of the inhibitor as an adsorption type in concentration range 1000 – 5000 ppm using rotating cylinder specimens.
