This research was interested in studying the phrase “I don’t know” in the Lisan al-Arab dictionary, and Lisan al-Arab was based on collecting its material from five dictionaries, including: Tahdhib al-Lugha, al-Muqamah, al-Sahih, and the footnotes of Ibn Berri, al-Nihaya and Gharib al-Hadith.   Body odour is the smell caused by bacteria feeding on sweat on the skin, especially in the armpit and groin area. Fifty-four volunteers from students and employees of college of Education Ibn Al- Haitham, were surveyed. Data were obtained concerning: subject details and microbial examination. The following conclusions were reached:  1) coagulase negative Staphylococcus was the most common isolate. 2) The most effective antibiotics were amikacin, ciprofloxacin, vancomycin, cephalothin, tobramycin, gentamycin respectively and were least sensitive to methicillin and penicillin G. 3) Alum zirconium and alum chlorohydrate were the most effective antiperspirants.

  Hetero junctions are fabricated by depositing antimony (Sb) and Al films on n-type single crystal(c-Si) wafers by the method of vacuum evaporation with thickness (0.25µm), with rate of deposition equals to 2.77 Ã…/sec, all samples are annealed in a vacuum for one hour at 473K. The tests have shown that all the films have polycrystalline structure for all Sb films. The barrier heights in (Sb/c-Si) junction was found to be equal 0.825eV, but(Al/c-Si) junction ohmic contact. Current-voltage measurements confirm this behaviour.
