Hatred, hypocrisy, and dissension serve the public interest and organize the human society by bringing benefit to them and warding off corruption from them, so these purposes were made in the hearts of the prophets (may God’s prayers and peace be upon them) and they considered themselves brothers even if they did not see each other because they are from one father and one mother and they are (Adam and Eve), so These messages are intended to complement each other and not to differ and contradict, because by agreement it is an essential part in organizing society and forming relationships (individual, collective and international) in order to achieve common interests, and to ward off blind suspicions directed at the two religions and to reveal their facts, especially in recent times several tendentious parties have risen to distort the provisions of Islamic law And defining it with violence, strictness, the permissibility of killing, violating the sanctities of others, taking people’s money unlawfully by looting, kidnapping, etc., and not taking into account their interests, and by combining similar rulings, he devises rulings related to gaining a worldly life filled with peace, security, and stability far from hatred, sin and aggression, and it also highlights that the source of rulings is God The Almighty and the prophets are all communicators of divine commands to convey His rulings aimed at organizing human society and preserving their five necessary interests; Because divine orders are not meant to be orders that must be executed only; Rather, these commands are coupled with purposes aimed at interests, and the benefit of these interests belongs to the people himself and not to God Almighty, but at the same time they are seeking His pleasure, the Most High, and as it becomes clear in it that the divine laws are not pure worship in the sense of staying in mosques and churches, fanaticism in religion and not mixing others as some people think; Rather, it is a set of provisions and rules that came to organize human society by bringing benefit to it and warding off corruption from it, and in order to achieve the pleasure of God Almighty.
Our work included a synthesis of three new imine derivatives—1,3-thiazinan-4-one, 1,3-oxazinan-6-one and 1,3-oxazepin-4,7-dione—which contained an adamantyl fragment. These were produced via the condensation of the Schiff`s base (E)-N-(adamantan-1-yl)-1-(3-aryl)methanimine with 3-mercaptopropanoic acid; 3-chloropropanoic acid; and maleic, citraconic anhydride, respectively. These new imines were prepared via the condensation of adamantan-1-ylamine and 3-nitro-, 3-bromobenzaldehyde in n-BuOH. We obtained a good yield of products. The current study included details of the anatomical characteristics of vegetative parts including the root, stem, leaf in cultivated Iraq for the species Brassciaaleraceacabbage, where the study dealt with the stomatal index and the rate of both the length and width of the stomatal complex and the thickness of the periderm, the tissue, cortex, vascular cylinder and pith. The parts were taken and measured after the plant was treated with brassinolide and the treated species with brassinolide and non-treated were measured and the study showed that there was a clear variation in the properties above.
Government spending is the tool that the state uses to achieve its various goals. The research aims to identify the most important determinants of government spending in Iraq and to indicate the type and nature of the relationship between government spending and its determinants, which will contribute to understanding the movement of government spending. The results of the co-integration test using the border test methodology showed that the variables of population growth and oil prices have a long-term effect on government spending while inflation is not significant in the long run, and that 47% of the equilibrium imbalance (short-term imbalance) in government spending in the previous period (t-) can be corrected in the current period (t)

This paper aims to provide a diameter of Financial Reporting Quality (FRQ) level for the companies listed on the Iraqi Stock Exchange. It also tries to show the FRQ effects on the dividend policy. The study sample was 13 listed companies in the Iraqi Stock Exchange for the period from 2007 to 2011.
