It was necessary for the students of knowledge to investigate its aspects and its secrets, and to delve into the depths of its secrets, because it lives with the Muslim, young, young and old...

Controversy abounded over a fatwa permitting the performance of prayers three times a day under the pretext of modern necessities, and they opened the door wide without a legal control.
In this field, men of Islamic thought were tolerant, such as Professor Jamal Al-Banna, who considered gathering as one of the necessities of the age, and he attributed that to the conditions that countries go through due to the busyness of times and work.
The jurists of our time were strict in this field, so they closed the door and locked it without looking at the legal texts that have flexibility for specific cases.
This research came to review the opinions of all the schools, and I discussed the evidence and showed the correct from the weak, then the more correct from the sayings.

Nicotine was separated from eggplant and green pepper seeds (Solanaceous) by High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC).The concentration of nicotine in the eggplant extract (0.871-0.877 μg/ml) was determined by injecting standard material with 0.5 and 1.5 μg/ml, while the concentrations of nicotine in green pepper extract (0.613-0.618 μg/ml) was determined when the standard material was injected with 0.5 and 1.5 μg/ml. The availability of low- cost adsorbent namely Al-Khriet ( a substance found in the legs of Typha Domingensis) as an agricultural waste material, for the removal of lead and cadmium from aqueous solution was investigated. In the batch tests experimental parameters were studied, including adsorbent dosage between (0.2-1) g, initial metal ions concentration between (50-200) ppm (single and binary) and contact time (1/2-6) h. The removal percentage of each ion onto Al-Khriet reached equilibrium in about 4 hours.
