In order to find out the opinions of the jurists and their evidence regarding the return of a gift and its impediments, we will divide the subject into two sections. In the opinion of Islamic jurisprudence, especially Hanafi jurisprudence, through the Ottoman Journal of Judicial Rulings, and this research is derived from a master's thesis tagged with the provisions of the gift in Islamic jurisprudence by the student Hussein Ahmed Ali Al-Najdi submitted to the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Baghdad under my supervision in the year 1420 AH - 1999 AD, and I got the degree of excellence.

An experimental investigation has been made to study the influence of using v-corrugated aluminum fin on heat transfer coefficient and heat dissipation in a heat sink. The geometry of fin is changed to investigate their performance. 27 circular perforations with 1 cm diameter were made. In the present work the Buildup factor for gamma rays were studied in shields from epoxy reinforced by lead powder and by aluminum powder, for NaI(Tl) scintillation detector size ( ×? ), using two radioactive sources (Co-60 and Cs-137). The aim of this work is to evaluate the one- electron expectation value from the radial electronic density function D(r1) for different wave function for the 2S state of Be atom . The wave function used were published in 1960,1974and 1993, respectavily. Using Hartree-Fock wave function as a Slater determinant has used the partitioning technique for the analysis open shell system of Be (1s22s2) state, the analyze Be atom for six-pairs electronic wave function , tow of these are for intra-shells (K,L) and the rest for inter-shells(KL) . The results are obtained numerically by using computer programs (Mathcad).
