In order to find out the opinions of the jurists and their evidence regarding the return of a gift and its impediments, we will divide the subject into two sections. In the opinion of Islamic jurisprudence, especially Hanafi jurisprudence, through the Ottoman Journal of Judicial Rulings, and this research is derived from a master's thesis tagged with the provisions of the gift in Islamic jurisprudence by the student Hussein Ahmed Ali Al-Najdi submitted to the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Baghdad under my supervision in the year 1420 AH - 1999 AD, and I got the degree of excellence.

Thus, practices or interventions that improve patient safety are those that reduce the occurrence of preventable adverse events”. 60 patients diagnosed as having urticaria were included in the study ; 30 patients were effected with acute urticaria and 30 patients were affected with chronic urticaria. In addition, 30 healthy adult volunteers were selected as control group .The patients and control groups sera were examined with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay ( ELISA) to detect total level IgE and radial immunodiffusion (RID) to detect levels of IgG , IgA and IgM . It was aimed to understand the interleukin-4 (IL-4) role in etio-pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Two approaches were adopted. The antimicrobial potency of the crude ethanolic extracts from different Iraqi plants were evaluated . Further more, total sesquiterpene lactones and phenolic compounds were isolated and their antimicrobial activity attempted. The results indicated that crude extracts have no activity except that of Callistemon lanceolatus. Also, the sesquiterpene lactones and phenolic compounds isolated from Callistemon lanceolatus were the most significant antimicrobial active constituents of the studied plants.
