This is a brief research in which I tried to briefly explain the care that the Holy Qur’an received during the era of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, from the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and all of his honorable companions, may God bless him and grant him peace. I made this research in an introduction and two chapters, the first chapter I made it entitled: About the Holy Qur’an, in which I talked about general investigations about the Holy Qur’an, such as the definition of the Holy Qur’an and the difference between it and the hadith Qudsi and the hadith of the Prophet, then I mentioned a part of the virtues of the Holy Qur’an in general and the virtues of some surahs in particular, and the impact Recitation of the Holy Qur’an to the individual and the group, and I also talked about the writers of the Holy Qur’an and its readers among the companions of the Prophet, peace be upon him.
As for the second chapter, I made it about the care of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, about the Holy Qur’an, and in it I showed the intensity of his interest, may God bless him and grant him peace, with the Qur’an, for example, his eagerness to receive the Qur’an from revelation, and his command to memorize the Qur’an and preserve it from forgetting, and his command to improve the voice by reading the Qur’an, and other topics that indicate his care .
Cadmium sulfide photodetector was fabricated. The CdS nano
powder has been prepared by a chemical method and deposited as a
thin film on both silicon and porous p- type silicon substrates by spin
coating technique. Structural, morphological, optical and electrical
properties of the prepared CdS nano powder are studied. The X-ray
analysis shows that the obtained powder is CdS with predominantly
hexagonal phase. The Hall measurements show that the nano powder
is n-type with carrier concentration of about (-5.4×1010) cm-3. The
response time of fabricated detector was measured by illuminating
the sample with visible radiation and its value was 5.25 msec. The

The aim of this work is to learn the relationship of the stability of (β) emitter isobars with their shape for some isobaric elements with even mass number (A=152 - 162). To reach this goal firstly the most stable isobar have been determined by plotting mass parabola (plotting the binding energy (B.E) as a function of the atomic number (Z)) for each isobaric family. Cadmium oxide (CdO) thin films were deposited using the sequencing ion layer adsorption and reaction (SILAR) method. In this study, the effect of the pH value of an aqueous solution of cadmium acetate at a concentration of 0.2 mol of the cadmium oxide film was determined. The solution source for the cadmium oxide film was cadmium ions and an aqueous ammonia solution. The CdO films were deposited on glass substrates at a temperature of 90 ℃.
